Niamh Mullins

Niamh is a Qualified and Award Winning Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, Corporate Wellness Advisor and dōTERRA Community Leader.

Like many I became interested in using natural solutions for healthcare having experienced and witnessed first-hand the effect low immunity and heightened stress can have on our physical and emotional health.

While working full-time in the corporate industry, my interest spurred me in the direction of studying and qualifying in a number of holistic therapies and from there my passion for using and sharing natural healthcare was ignited.

Incorporating powerful and natural wellness solutions within our home opened our eyes to our family’s approach to our healthcare. We went from what seemed like a never ending cycle of continuous ailments, doctors’ visits and prescriptions to being in control of our healthcare. We massively reduced our medical costs and the use of pharmaceutical medication and now have the comfort of knowing we have natural and non-toxic solutions to hand for any health concerns that arise.

On setting up my Wellness Practice in 2016, specialising in holistic treatments, it quickly became evident that my clients were also looking for proactive healthcare solutions to help empower them to take control of their health naturally. From this, Empowered Health Solutions has grown to now providing clients with a more holistic, yet tailored approach through bespoke wellness protocols and corporate workshops, specialising in aromatherapy.
